HOW DO I USE THE JELLINATOR TO LAYER MY JELLO SHOTS?
Layered jello shots are easy with the Jellinator.
Refrigerate the first layer until gelatin is set but not firm. (It should stick to your fingers when touched.)
Before adding your next layer, make sure it has cooled completely so your first layer doesn’t melt and mix with the second layer.
To use your Jellinator for the second layer, pull the tip off your Jellinator and remove the spring. DO NOT LOSE YOUR SPRING! Replace the tip. Liquid will now flow from it with barely a touch down on the first layer. Be careful, as the tip will drip if bumped or jostled.
You can get fancy with your layering by making diagonal layers; simply position your jello shot cups at an angle in an egg carton so that they won’t spill while they chill. Remember to replace the spring after cleaning (you don’t want to lose the
magic!).
