Here’s a Holiday twist on a classic! Moscow Mules made merry and bright!

If you like a Moscow Mule jello shot as much as we do, you’re going to love them even more with the festive addition of cranberry!

Merry Mules Jello Shots

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin

1 cup ginger beer

2/3 cup Vodka

1/3 cup Cranberry juice

Juice of one lime

Sprinkle gelatin over cranberry juice in a saucepan. Let sit 3 minutes. Heat over low until gelatin is dissolved. Cool. Stir in vodka, ginger beer, and the lime juice. Jellinate in to your shot cups and chill. Be sure to garnish with a sprig of rosemary and some sugared cranberries!

Sparkle Berries (Sugared Cranberries Recipe)

Heat 1/2 cup each sugar and water util sugar dissolves. Add cranberries. Transfer berries to a wire rack to dry. Use within 24 hours or place in freezer until ready to use.
