Birthday Cake Jello Shots
2 c. Vess cream soda
2 tbsp. cream of coconut OR sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. cake flavored vodka (or vanilla or whipped)
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
Combine soda and cream/milk. Sprinkle with jello and let sit 3 min. Heat on low until dissolved (5 min). Add vodka. Chill 2 hours. Yield: 22 shots.
Gingerbread Man Jello Shots
1 cup water
2 envelopes knox gelatin
½ tsp. ground ginger
½ c. cake flavored vodka
¼ c. Irish Cream liqueur
¼ c. butterscotch schnapps
¼ c. cinnamon schnapps
Gingerbread marshmallows
Sprinkle gelatin over water. Let sit a few minutes. Dissolve over low heat. Add ginger and liquors. Chill 30 min. Add marshmallows. Chill until set. Yield 15-20 shots.
Christmas Cosmo Jello Shots
Red layer: 3 oz. cranberry jello dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
Add ½ c. vodka, ½ c. triple sec. Chill.
Green layer: 3 oz. lime jello dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
Add ½ c. vodka, ½ c. triple sec. Cool before adding to red layer.
Yield: 35 shots.
Eggnog Jello Shots
1cup water
1 package Knox unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup eggnog
1/2-2/3 cup bourbon, rum, or brandy (depending on how strong you want them)
Sprinkle knox over water in a saucepan and let sit 3 minutes. Dissolve over low heat stirring constantly. Add sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat. Cool 15 minutes. Add eggnog and liquor. Sprinkle with nutmeg & chill 2 hours or until set. Yield: 20 shots.
white layer: 1 envelope Knox gelatin, 1/2c. water, 1/2c. unsweetened canned coconut milk, 1/4c. sugar, 3/4 c. vanilla vodka or schnapps. Sprinkle knox over milk and water and let sit a few min. Heat on low til dissolved. Add suger until dissolved. Reduce heat and stir in vodka. Fill cups and chill 2 hours. orange layer: 3oz. box orange jello dissolved in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1/4c. coconut milk. Add 1/2c. vanilla vodka and 1/2c. butterscotch schnapps. LET COOL before adding over the white layer. Chill until set. Yellow layer: 3oz. box pineapple jello dissolved in 1 c. boiling water. Stir in 1/4c. coconut milk. Add 1/2c. vanilla vodka and 1/2c. butterscotch schnapps. LET COOL then add on top of other layers and chill. Yield: 30 2oz. candy corn jello shots. Enjoy!

JELLO SHOT RECIPES
A basic jello shots recipe consists of substituting alcohol for the 1 cup of cold water, after you have dissolved the jello in 1 cup of boiling water, per the package directions.The alcohol typically used is vodka. However, a half cup of vodka and a half cup of flavored liquor works best.Triple sec is a good choice as it mixes well with many jello flavors. Blue curacao is fun to use with blue jello. Flavored vodkas can also be used. Be creative. Jello shots are fun. Happy jello shot making!
Perfect Jello Shots Recipe
1 cup boiling water*
½ cup vodka (or other hard liquor)
½ cup flavored liqueor/ schnapps/ pucker
1 small box jello (3 oz.)
Dissolve jello in 1 cup of boiling water.Remove from heat. Add the vodka and liqueor.Pour jello mixture in to your Jellinator, the Jello shot maker, and fill your shot cups. Refrigerate until set (2 hours). *Fruit juice can also be substituted for some or all of the hot water.
How many shots am I making?
1 small box of jello yields about 15 jello shots.
2 boxes (or 1 large 6 oz. box) yield 30 shots, which will fit nicely on a cooking sheet to transport them easily to the refrigerator.
How much booze should I buy?
1 fifth of vodka, one fifth of liqueor, and 6 boxes of jello yield 90-100 shots.
Peppertini Jello Shots
1 box lemon jello
3/4 cup jalapeno flavored vodka
1/4 cup lime juice
Berry-Melon Margarita Jello Shots
Raspberry and blackberry fusion jello (1 box each) dissolved in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 3 cups ready-to-drink watermelon margarita (with liquor). Chill. Garnish with blackberries.
Valentine (champagne n strawberries) Jello Shots
Dissolve 1 box strawberry jello in half cup boiling water. Add 11/2 cups champagne. Chill.
Irish Whiskey Sour Jello Shots- St. Patrick's Day Jello Shots
Dissolve 1 box of lime jello and 1 box of lemon jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 3/4 cup Irish Whiskey, 1/4 cup triple sec, and 1 cup water.
SHAMROCK Jello Shots- Green St. Patty's Day Jello Shots
1 box melon fusion jello dissolved in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup tequila, 1/4 cup Midori, 1/4 cup triple sec. Chill.
Skinny Margarita Jello Shots
Dissolve 1 box sugar-free lime jello in half cup boiling water. Add 11/2 cups ready-to-drink Skinny margarita. Chill. *add a lil more tequila for a kick!
PINK MARGARITA JELLO SHOTS
3/4 cup silver tequila
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
2 tbsp frozen lemonade concentrate
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1/4 cup Triple Sec
Sprinkle gelatin over juices and let sit 3 minutes. Heat on low until dissolved. Add boozes and chill.
