1 box (3.4 oz.) Jell-O brand Pumpkin Spice* instant pudding
1 box (3.4 oz.) Vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
1 cup Pumpkin Pie flavored vodka
1 cup Rumchata
3 containers (8 oz.) whipped topping
Candy corn for garnish
Yellow layer: Beat vanilla pudding and 1 cup milk for 2 minutes until it thickens. Mix in a few drops of yellow food coloring (optional) and ½ cup of each of the boozes. Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping. Spoon into a ziplock bag and freeze for an hour or until serving time.
Orange layer: Beat pumpkin spice pudding and 1 cup milk for 2 minutes until it thickens. Mix in a few drops of yellow+red food coloring and ½ cup of each of the boozes. Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping. Spoon pudding into a ziplock bag and freeze for an hour or until you are ready to serve.
Assemble your shots and serve: Snip off one of the corners. Pipe the yellow vanilla pudding a third of the way up your shot containers. Follow this with piping the orange layer on top of the yellow layer. Finish by piping the last tub of whipped topping of the top of each shot. Decorate your delicious Candy Corn Pudding Shots with a candy corn, duh, if you so desire. Freeze with lids or covered with plastic wrap. Yield: 60 shots
Note: DO NOT put pudding in your Jellinator! Holy Halloweenie, that would be a whole lot of clogged up mess!
*If you can’t find the Pumpkin Spice flavor, you can always add a ½ cup of canned pumpkin pie filling to another box of vanilla pudding. Similarly, you can always use whipped flavored vodka for the pumpkin pie vodka.
Your ultimate Halloween party fiends are always looking out for ya!
